July 19th 2021 - CNWN safety precautions

As of July 19th 2021, the mandatory use of face coverings inside retail spaces has been lifted by the UK Government, however we will still require you to wear a face covering when entering Condé Nast Worldwide News.

Our showroom is a small venue with limited ventilation, therefore we respectfully ask you to continue wearing a face covering when browsing in store with us in the interest of both yourself and our staff members.  If you do not have a face covering with you upon arrival at the showroom we are happy to provide one for you.

If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, we kindly ask you to be prepared with your ID/exemption badge on show.

Should you not wish to wear a face covering, or indeed are unable to provide an ID/exemption badge, the team respectfully asks you to wait outside at the door, where one of the team will be more than happy to serve you.

Due to limited space within the showroom, we may at times request for you to wait outside the showroom to limit traffic within the showroom at one time. Please be mindful of your browsing times should a queue form.

We are keeping these precautions in place to ensure the safety of our customers and staff at all times. We understand these precautions may no longer be in place in other retail environments, however we want to ensure we can keep our doors open for browsing as best/long as we can.

If there are any sudden changes to operations here at CNWN, such as an unplanned temporary closures, we will ensure to communicate this with you via email as soon as we can. Updates will also be communicated via our Instagram and Twitter pages.

For further information on our current in-store operations please see here.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
