COVID-19 UK lockdown update

Following the new COVID-19 restrictions rules in the UK, Condé Nast Worldwide News doors will be temporarily closed from Thursday 5th of November until further notice.

 Whilst our doors are closed to the public, we remain open online for deliveries only.  

We will be following government guidelines closely to advise on our reopening.  
Please keep an eye on our Instagram and Twitter for live updates.

Updated Stock
Stock will continue to be updated as often as possible. If there are any upcoming Condé Nast magazines you are after, you can feel free to fill in our Magazine Request Form. We will notify you as soon as these magazines become available and will include information on how to purchase.

Orders and Deliveries
Our team will be working hard to ensure you can still get your hands on all of your favourite magazines, whilst ensuring we follow necessary safety precautions. As such, usual operations may take longer than usual.

 Whilst we will endeavour to minimise disruptions to your online orders, please allow extra time for processing and deliveries. From time of purchase;
- Please allow up to 3-5 working days for UK orders to arrive
- Please allow up to 5-7 working days for International orders to arrive

 Click and Collect
Whilst a click and collect service is usually available for our UK/London based customers, this service will not be available during lockdown.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are still here for any questions you may have, however please note that replies may take longer than usual.

Our Instagram DMs remain open too. Our inboxes will be checked daily Mon -Fri, and we will aim to get back to any queries within 48 hours.   

Our phone lines during this time will be restricted. Should you need to discuss anything with us over the phone, please email us and we can call you back as soon as we are able to. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a call back.
